Two times Bad experience

I don't know how to start but I am very disappointed with this product.. 1st i ordered one bottle when I received it the packaging of the bottle was very bad all the product was out of the bottle.. half of the tint got wasted .. now the 2nd time when I ordered I had ordered 2 different shades of tints but you people sent me 2 tints of same shade and the packaging also very bad the pump of the bottle not working and it's very loose... Wasted my money on this...
